ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION


There are no examinations for classes Montessori to grade III. Internal assessments are made with the help of monthly worksheets and observation charts prepared in accordance with their aptitudes in different fields. General assessment sheets are prepared twice in a term, and accordingly grades are awarded in these classes.

 

For Classes IV to X, three periodic tests and annual examination will be conducted. In all the classes, each subject assessment carries 100 marks each, of which 20 marks is given for internal assessment which includes multiple assessments, notebook submission and subject enrichment activities.

 

Co scholastic assessment will be done on a three point grading scale on work education, art education and health and physical education. The students also will be assessed for discipline on a three point grading scale based on attendance, sincerity, behaviour, values, tidiness, respectfulness for rules and regulations, attitude towards school, society and nation and punctuality.
